Write to support@dopaplay.io. A real person on the DOPAPLAY team reads every message, usually within two working days.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
- A bug: your device and browser, or that you play the app, what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
- A purchase: where you bought it (App Store, Google Play or the web), the date, and the email of your DOPAPLAY account if you signed in.
- Your data: you can delete everything yourself from Settings. For any other privacy request write to privacy@dopaplay.io.
