ACCOUNT AND SAVING

Do I need an account?: No. The first time you play, a guest account is made for you with no name, email or password, and your progress is saved automatically.
How do I keep my progress on another device?: Open Settings and sign in with DOPAPLAY. Your crew, tour progress and stars then follow you to every phone and computer, and to every DOPAPLAY game. On a device where signing in is awkward, use "Use a code" and type the code at dopaplay.io/link.
What happens to my guest progress when I sign in?: It is merged into your account. Progress only ever moves forward: the best of both is kept.
Does it work offline?: Yes, once the game has loaded on a device. Rankings and cloud save wait until you are back online.

When do ads show?: Sometimes between runs, never in your first minutes of a session, never before your first run and never during a run. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one.
What does Remove Ads do?: It turns off the ads between runs for good, and waking up after a run or getting an encore needs no ad at all.
What is the Supporter Pack?: Remove Ads plus the exclusive Rave paint and a supporter badge. It doesn't change how the game plays.

How do I pay?: In the iPhone and Android apps, through the App Store or Google Play. On the web, through DOPAPLAY's checkout at dopaplay.io, where purchases are tied to your DOPAPLAY account.
I bought something and don't see it.: In the apps, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. On the web, sign in with the same DOPAPLAY account you bought with. If it is still missing, write to support@dopaplay.io with the date of the purchase.

How do I delete my data?: Settings, then Delete my data (tap twice). This deletes your DOPAPLAY account and your data in every DOPAPLAY game right away. See the privacy policy for what is saved.
What shows on the rankings?: Your score and your creature's name. Never your real name or email.

PERFECT feels impossible.: Your device probably plays sound a little late (Bluetooth earbuds often do). Open Settings and run Beat School: tap along for a few beats and the game measures and fixes the delay. You can also nudge Beat timing by hand.
There is no sound.: Tap the speaker on the home screen, check Music and Sound effects in Settings, and on iPhone check that the volume is up. Sound starts after your first tap, as browsers require.
Can I play without the beat?: Yes. Turn Beat mode off in Settings and every dash works the classic way.
