How to play / Guides
Creatures and your crew
The creature you dash with is yours. It was hatched from how you played, nobody else has the same one, and you can dress it, draw a new one from scratch or fuse two together.

Where eggs come from
Stars from the Party Tour fill your star jar. When the jar is full you get an egg, and waking each boss for the first time gives you one too. Tap the egg to hatch it: the creature that comes out is built from the run that earned it.
What makes each creature
Every creature has a body from one of 36 species, from gumdrop, loaf and noodle to axolotl, boba and robot, plus colors, a pattern, eyes, a mouth, a headpiece and sometimes wings, all rolled from your run. Each one also has a rarity, starting at COMMON, and a name you can reroll.
Shape sets powers
A creature is more than a look. Its shape sets three stats: a spikier creature reaches wider, so its boops catch friends a little further away; a rounder one recharges energy faster; a longer one keeps friends in your line around longer before they wander off. Try different creatures on different levels: reach is great for One dash goals, fast recharge helps on PERFECT levels.
Closet, drawing and fusing
The closet holds hats, glasses, necklaces and paints you unlock as you play. You can also draw a creature from scratch: whatever you sketch hatches exactly as you drew it, and its shape becomes its powers. Fusing puts two creatures together for a new egg that mixes their parts.
Choosing who to play as
Open your crew from the home screen to see each creature with its three stats and pick who you play as. There is no wrong answer: every creature can clear every level. Players often keep a wide-reach creature for crowd levels and a fast-recharge one for timing levels, and switch between them on the level card.
The Crewdex and taking them anywhere
The Crewdex records every species and part you have found. Your creatures also leave the game: export one as a sticker, a profile picture, a wallpaper or a trading card, and share it with friends.
